I’ve been attempting to incorporate colour into the work for a long time – here are the fruits of my labour so far.

Below is a piece I have installed in our humble bathroom. The text reads I will stop talking to you about housework. I will tell you that I love you instead.

Another piece installed in our bathroom which reads – I will stop crying at ridiculously bad TV. In particular I will not ball my eyes out when characters in Home and Away die. This is pathetic.

Text repeated and individually typed on acetate.

The mantra ‘no dirt’ is typed out and printed either on acetate or paper. Using a hole punch I then cut these words to size and painstakingly apply then to my bathroom taps with glue.

Happy pills with happy thoughts. Printed in size 3 font and hand-cut drawings applied to happy pills. Dimensions variable.

Waiting for the happiness individually typed in size 5 font and printed on fax roll. As such the dimensions are variable with a fixed width of  21 cm and a maximum length of 69 cm. There are four columns in the full piece featuring approximately 624 ‘I’m waiting for the happiness’ repetitions.
